And i dont think there is anything bad about the hair, i love the way you handle your brush, it looks so smooth!The only thing i can come up with is that you should add a layer using a smaller brush and put some highlights and shadows that follows the curves and lines with low opacity on the parts of the hair that are closer to the camera etc.. Otherwise i love this painting, you got some good talent right there!
